Grants Management

Our Grants Management team oversees the organisation’s fundraising strategy, donor relations, and funding proposals. They work closely with partners and funders to ensure that Isibani continues to grow sustainably and expand its reach. Their role is vital in turning our goals into funded, high-impact programmes.

Finance Management

The Finance Management team is responsible for the organisation’s financial health and compliance. From managing budgets and reporting to ensuring accountability in every rand spent, they ensure transparency and efficiency in the use of resources. Their stewardship allows us to build trust with donors and make the most of every contribution.

Programmes Coordinating

At the heart of every Isibani initiative is the Programmes Coordinating team. They oversee the planning, rollout, and evaluation of all our key focus areas—from computer labs to food drives, academic support to sports. They connect our vision to action by managing timelines, resources, and field teams.
